Unable to parse URL

I've went throught the process of installation vbulletin on xampp but I've got a little problem:
Warning: parse_url(http://xx.xxx.xxx.xxx\/) [function.parse-url]: Unable to parse URL in [path]\includes\class_core.php on line 2602
(I've hidden IP for security reasons
)
I think it's all about the '\' slash.
So one question. How can I get rid of it?
