Diagnosing Apache restarts

Something is causing Apache to restart when I browse my website locally. The site is PHP and MySQL. In the Apache log I get:

[Wed Feb 10 22:53:08 2010] [notice] Parent: child process exited with status 3221225477 -- Restarting.

I understand this is down to a Windows Protection Fault?

What can I do to try and find the cause of this problem?
