I'm newbe in servers,i want to ask is it normal my server on localhost(which isn't uploaded in the internet) can be seen by /XXX.X.XXX.XXX/login.html where this is my real IP,this way everyone can acces my login.html

Well, it's truely a webserver, and a webserver serves webpages.
Aslong as you accept access from everywhere and not only from localhost, your webpages will be reachable from outside through your ip-address
