automatic stopping / Automatische Sperre

Now I am running xampp, and it loads perfectly, then i start to stop & Apache & Mysql, they start to about 3 / 4 seconds, then automatically

I have tried to uninstall / reinstall, and it doesn't work
Any idea how I can fix this problem? coz it is really annoying
and I would like to start something, but I can because of this error: @

Nun starte ich xampp, und lädt es perfekt, i dann starten, stoppen Apache & & Mysql, beginnen sie für ca. 3 / 4 Sekunden, dann automatisch

Ich habe versucht zu deinstallieren / neu zu installieren, und es doesnt work
Jede Idee, wie kann ich dieses Problem beheben? coz es ist wirklich ärgerlich
