Can I run CGI written in C or C++ with Xampp ?

I searched a solution for my problem but I cannot find any
Like if I was the only one that want to write C or C++ CGI :O
Can someone please tell me how to run a CGI written in C or C++ with Xampp in Windows ? Do I need specific tools / or installation ?
