I have a problem.
IE 8 can not open any website on my local computer using XAMPP Version 1.6.0a
What can it be?

Kinldy reset All tools of IE 8 by clicking rest button on option

And that is the original full qualified error message displaye by IE8:
"Can not open any website on your local computer"
Very interesting - never seen before elsewhere.
