Sendmail stopped working - "please wait a moment"

Hello everybody,

I hope someone can help.
For a long time all was working fine, but suddenly the sendmail is not working anymore.

When I execute my PHP scripts that call sendmail, I see that sendmail.exe is running, and then a small windows dialog appears:
Caption: "Information"
Text: "Please wait a moment"
With a clock icon.

I was unable to tell what is responsible for this dialog box - maybe its some of the windows updates, I am not sure.

Does anyone recognize this problem?
