double entry for OpenSSL

Hello everybody!

i'm not currently having any problem with my XAMPP installation. i just noticed that the
entry for OpenSSL as displayed by phpinfo() is like this:

OpenSSL support enabled
OpenSSL Library Version OpenSSL 0.9.8l 5 Nov 2009
OpenSSL Header Version OpenSSL 0.9.8l 5 Nov 2009

in this regard i would like to ask if its is normal for XAMPP 1.7.3 for windows to activate
OpenSSL twice.
