Hi there!

I need help, i downloaded a php/perl script and i really dont know how to install it, they said:

Copy all files and folders from "cgi-bin" into your cgi-bin folder (folder where perl scripts running)

Then i tried to access the file (127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/install.cgi) and it sais "Server error!" i dont know what to do!

I never used perl before!

Im using the lastest version of XAMPP and Apache service and mysql service is running.

Someone can help me, pleeease...
