problems between $ _POST and $ HTTP_POST_VARS

Sorry if I write poor English, my language is Spanish and use the translator to try to communicate.
My problem is that I have two computers a laptop and a desktop, however, same version of xampp and same operating system, however when I pass a site from one to another, I can not run the forms from one into another. Unless you exchange $ HTTP_POST_VARS to $ _POST and vice versa in the other pc.
Do not know if I'm doing something wrong or if I have anything installed on my desktop that blocks or functions php xampp.
The problem is when you try to use a server and it does not recognize my form and have to change them all
