How do I import PHP files into my database?

I'm using simple login scripts found at http://www.astahost.com/info.php/simple ... 17724.html

I have phpDesigner7 which I loaded the .php files to.

However when I go to upload from the table, the only file options i have are CSV, CSV using LOAD DATA , and SQL.
Even when I try to upload from the database, my options are only DocSQL and SQL.

I'm new to php, too.
I have xampp successfully installed on my computer, I use ConTEXT database designer for the MySQL (I uploaded the create table 'users' sql file to my database already) and phpDesigner7 for the php (as previously stated).
