PHP Encoder!

I'd like to suggest a feature for XAMPP. The feature is to have PHP code Encoder and decoder on the webserver. This allow developer to distribute his/her code without worry about neglect the rights!
I also suggest to add some advanced features like server's machine finger print, which allow the script to run only on specified machine. I.e something like what found in Zend Code Guard.
