HELP NEEDED

I am quite new to xampp and need some help.
I am doing a project running on xampp to install a web based application (Claroline) on to my local system. Everything works fine. Right now, I need to connect to this web site using other local machines, how can I do this?
Another issue is I need to set up mercury MTA onto my project to allow user to send mail LOCALLY. I need some directions.
