had a currupt installation, so deleted the whole thing..

reinstalled xampp, and all went fine, except apache wont launch..
so whent to check error log it says

(OS 10048) --- local language text --- make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:443
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

But basicly 443 is allready in use.. when i do port check it saysa

443 : system

so how to find out which app is blocking my 443 ?

Let me know back how you go with it because if you are not going to use SSL on your Apache server then there is a configuration tweak that should get rid of the port 443 issues and allow you to move forward.

BTW you posted back before I could reply so the above is a shortened version.
