How do I install PEAR with XAMPP Windows 1.7.2?

Hello, once for installed XAMPP, in PHP folder does not contain the PEAR installer go-pear.bat "then as I install PEAR? using version 1.7.1 because it contains the "go-pear.bat" but when trying to install I get this error "manifest length should be 1236 was 678,716,787" and can not find solutions!
Thanks and sorry for my writing because I'm using a translator from Spanish to English!

PEAR is already included in XAMPP. So no need to install it again.

Then with the version 1.7.2 is no longer necessary to install the PEAR and if necessary the version 1.7.1 via the "go-pear.bat"? If so as I understand thank you very much for your response.
It works if I use the file "Gewöhnliche ZIP archive" because this is not installed and active services only through "xampp-control.exe" in this case is not installed PEAR not?
