I can check the log to see for user or client conected, but I need to check all those used conected on line and see the % of process used for them, see what I am saying?

PacheTomcat has a admin browser to add new program(JAVE, JSP) and check IP and user connected

Missing support info - what XAMPP version and which Windows OS?

See if this stats component included in XAMPP is what you want:
http://localhost/webalizer

If that is not what you want then find what you want on the Internet and install it.

BTW, there is a Tomcat addon for XAMPP, see the reading below.

More helpful reading for new XAMPP users:
\xampp\readme_en.txt file

No. Because HTTP Protocoll does not connect permanently, the clients (browser) sends a request to a webserver, and after the webserver responds and sends the requested data (what normally should not take more than a second or less), the request will be disconnected. There is no permanent connection between clients and server.

So, what do you mean by "all those used connected on line"?
