REMOVING IIS 7 from Windows

Hi
I need help uninstalling, or stopping Internet Information Mang (IIS7) on Vista.
I tried the following:
in cmd ... iireset\stop and i also got this code from microsoft.
@echo off
IISRESET /STOP /NOFORCE
if errorlevel == 1 goto EXIT
copy %systemroot%\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC1 d:\backup\W3SVC1
IISRESET /START
:EXIT

I saved it as a bat file and my localhost is still running on IIS 7.

Perhaps this post may help:

Then you may need to boot your PC to check that IIS has been completely disabled.
