Help with Xampp

Please sorry if i sound stupid but i just installed xampp today and all services are running well but i have like been reading material on its use and i just registered in the forum today cos i can't really understand where i need to go in other to enable security by changing passwords which is my first worry for now. Please could any one help me on how to do this.

The readme_en.txt file in the xampp folder has a section on securing your server under the heading:
A matter of security (A MUST READ!)
