Apache Randomly Stops

From a few days to about a week Apache stops and I get an error in my Event Log that reads Faulting application httpd.exe, version 2.2.12.0, time stamp 0x4a66dd7b faulting module php5ts.dll, version 5.3.0.0, time stamp 0x4a4d06fc, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0000bfaa, process id 0x12f4, application start time 0x01ca5432aaf84.

I typically just have to restart Apache and I'm back up and running. This server is only used for XAMPP to host Wordpress. Any ideas?
