unable to open logs

I often had the problem, that Apache server did not start. Usually i could get rid of the strange bug by reboot the computer.
Since Yesterday i can not start xampp anymore, even if I reboot or do anything else (like manually reboot xampp)



That's what the different Windows look like (apache start window, myql start windowand xampp start window)

Can anybody tell me what is the problem about this? I am really confused

Okay i solved the problem myself: Skype used the Port so it could not start
