Map Ip to .Co.Cc Domain Name

Does anyone know how I could map my Ip address to the free domain host .Co.Cc so I could host my website right off my computer? The reason I want to do this is because I don't know any other free host that has Php, Mysql, Cgi, etc... all in one.

There's several guides on how to do it with a router, but no way to do it without one. Forget it.
