Help with xampp! Status problem

Hello.

I have installed xampp. when i use http://localhost it open my iis page. then i change the port to 8080 then i use http://localhost:8080. this one open the xampp page. I wonder if this is the right way to open the xampp page.

when i open my status, my status looks like this:

PHP DEACTIVATED

HTTPS (SSL) ACTIVATED

FTP Service ACTIVATED

How can i activate the deactivated ones?

next problem. When i want to run my scrip in my browser it gives me this error:

Object not found!
The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Maybe you did not install properly? see if something occupies port 80 and release him.
In you is the opposite of what should must be.I had this problem and I did it: I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything without walking settings to install the black box that appears. Make sure to end in the black box, you announce that XAMPP is ready for operation but say you choose the ones you want to change or 7 \ "x \" exit. choose Exit and ready.

You can view what's listening on Port 80 using this

You can see the PID by using the link to show the PID column in the Task Manager
