I have two IP address, 192.168.101.193 and 192.168.201.193, I want these two intranets to serve the same content. I tried VirtualHost, but I can't seem to make it work. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

What should I do?

Nothing (For now I must assume you have an unaltered Apache configuration --> no more infos).
--> Apache is always serving the content from "\xampp\htdocs", regardless if you are accessing it with "192.168.101.193", or "192.168.201.193". (and of course "127.0.0.1")

It's working now. There was no trouble with my xampp or apache, there was a problem on the network configuration of the computer that I was using to test the other network. thank you. sorry for the trouble.
