Can start XAMPP control panel but cannot access to the serve

Hi,after installing the newest version XAMPP,I can start the control panel,after that I click "start" beside "MySql",then follow by clicking "admin".Then, a webpage will prompt out,but it stated that "The page cannot be display",means it cannot find the server.Anyone know how to solve this?
I am using Windows XP SP 2,with norton internet security installed in my computer.

You must also start Apache.

Er....what you mean by I should also start Apache?I thought we just need to open the control panel and run it only?

If you want to see a web page you need to run apache, in control panel start apache and refresh the page.
