unable to access xampp :(

Hi, some months ago and even last night, my xampp was working, and just this morning, it stopped working and
I'm unable to access it anymore.
here's the screenshot

- I already checked the properties, It is already running as administrator
- I already checked the firewall, it is already unblocked
- I didn't touch anything to make it behave that way.. please help

You may have had one of those annoying in the background Vista updates that has upset the apple cart.

Try a reboot and see if that helps.

You can also right click on the above file and select to run as an administrator.

Also it may be worth becoming a Secret Super Administrator by clicking here and following the how-to.

after several hours, I was able to run it again...It was the stupid kaspersky anti virus...I think it automatically placed my
xampp under its firewall -> untrusted applications..that was ridiculously a time wasting experience
