Updating phpMyAdmin

How I can update phpMyAdmin 3.2.1 to new 3.3.0 version?

It's probably not a good idea to do so, since XAMPP is designed for each component versions to work together harmoniously. By using a different version other than the ones included in XAMPP, you could encounter problems and the support team may not be able to help since you've changed the default version. It's not advised unless there's some new feature that you just really need to have.
