Cannot save theme

Hello, I've changed phpMyAdmin theme to "Darkblue/Orange". Theme was changed, and I was happy. But I stoped and started apache and MySql. I typed phpMyAdmin adress, logged in and I have again Original theme. I try changing/restarting 20 times, but when I restart servers there is always theme Original. How I can keep selected theme forever?

Find this line in config.default.php and make sure the line is true and not false:
$cfg['ThemeManager'] = true;
