Hello, I am trying to access a website, phpbbplanet.com, but when I do all I get is "406 Not Accpetable" and "404 Not Found" errors. I was able to go to the website fine until 2 days ago. It also says "Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.10 Server at "http://www.phpbbplanet.com" Port 80" on the bottom. I know a way to fix this is by going to .htaccess and changing the code to <IfModule mod_security.c>
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>

but the thing is this isn't my website so I don't know how to change the .htaccess or even know where to find it. Is this something that the people over at the phpbbplanet.com website should do in order for me to access their website again? Thanks in advance

Well, on the bottom of the page it sais Apache2.0. 63... and came across this forum so I thought I'd ask.. I've been staying up all night trying to figure this thing out and I don't know what to do (very tired and agitated) ... any help will be much appreciated...

Hm, you know what software "XAMPP for Windows" is?

But what ever problems you have, if you can't access a website on the internet, that's not related to XAMPP.
