Deprecated error please help.

I've got this error I am using the new xampp 1.7.2 and joomla 1.5 in windows 2000 server i installed up to the admin site but i've got the below error please help.

You'd probably be better off asking the Joomla! community, that way these fixes can be included in the next update to Joomla!
