http://localhost/xampp giving blank page

I installed xampp-win32-1.7.1-installer worked fine.But when installed E-set smart security, http://localhost/xampp giving blank page.so i uninstalled E-set smart security and cleaned all registry files then rebooted for several times.Then also same problem.I don't have skype in my system.i turned off firewall also..please help me.
