The site http://xx.xx.xx.xx is requesting a username and password to access the realm "WebAdmin".

That happens when i access my xampp server externally with my external ip. It just asks for a user name and password.

This message is not from a XAMPP. (maybe from your router)

I connected my computer strait to my modem and checked on canyouseeme and port 80 is not blocked.
