XAMPP not working...

[FireEye]

I installed the program, started the apache and the mysql and its saying: runing...
I can enter my site in it but no one else cant. why? the weird is that WAMPSERVER is working and XAMPP not.
What can I do? please help!!!!

oh and my firewall is off...
