XAMPP is too slow on Windows Vista localhost

Hi,
I spent a lot of time searching for a solution, but I can't to find. A load of page in localhost is about 10 times slower then on "normal" host (e.g Debian, Apache). I realized that the main issue is a "Waiting for Response"? Did somebody have this problem? Have anybody a solution?
I use Xampp 1.7.1 with Windows Vista Home Premium, No Zonealarm and made all tricks mentioned in viewtopic.php?t=25677&highlight=vista+performance
