Databases and passwords

Now that my installation is running fine, I clicked on my MySQL admin, and the management interface came up. The only problem is that I can't figure out where to go to create users and passwords for the databases I am creating. Any ideas?

Don't use the MySQL Admin. It is an old and unhandy program. Open http://localhost/phpmyadmin
Under the tab Privileges you can add new users.
