Apache Friends Support Forum

I just installed Apache Friends and the .php files won't open.

They have the unknown file extension icon, but php is installed.


Any suggestions/help.

How are you doing this?

(BTW: You have read the file "readme_en.txt"?)

are you double clicking the *.php files?that won't work, because obviously windows does not know how to handle php files.
you'll have to open that file in your browser as
http://localhost/ followed by file name (if the file is in htdocs, i don't know what to do for files at other places)
