Manually updating phpMyAdmin to v3.2.0

Usually you can easily manually update the version of phpMyAdmin by swapping the complete new directory of phpMyAdmin for the old and restoring the file from the previous version. With v3.2.0, you get a config file error, so it won't work straight away. They have changed a variable name used in the config files so just need to change one line

line 22

Code: Select all
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['AllowNoPasswordroot'] = true;

to be

Code: Select all
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['AllowNoPassword'] = true;

It then works fine.
