This is my first topic here so do beat me

1st - When i browse http://localhost there is no xampp page... Where i can see the configuration?

2nd - Sometimes my Apache service stoppes withou any reason... What i can do to solve this?

http://localhost is where i can find configuration right? But in my case there is no xampp page...

What is the diffrence between having XAMPP Control Panel service activated or not?
