cannot access site on local server from LAN or WEB

Hi, please
I have xampp 1.7.1 with two virtual servers installed and running OK on a machine with Windows Vista Home Premium.
I uninstalled MCAffee Security Center and turn off Windows firewall.
After that, I still cannot access the site on XAMPP server from another machine on same LAN, or from the WEB.
Need help on solving that.

Not an expert but at least someone to reply meanwhile

I have a question for u ..

if u have a router u might have to access the router firewal .. it might be on and preventing port 80

i cant think of any third probability than windows firewall , antivirus or internet security , or the router firewall and dmz virtual servers ?!!!

U might get some help from the event viewer in the administrative tools in the control panel .. u might find a hint of what happened in the log files
