Virtual Hosts and PHPMyAdmin

Forgive this newbie if I'm duplicating, but cannot currently access the search facility.

I'm attempting to configure virtual hosts in my localhost apache server and wish to add phpMyAdmin. Could anyone please advise me on what directory path I should take to make changes in httpd-vhosts.conf accordingly, ie <directory "c:/xamp...">, assuming that's the way to do this.

phpMyAdmin should be available in all vhosts.
