DATABASE IMPORT, to create database first ?

I would like to ask for a help with the database import (.txt) to localhost/phpmyadmin
I have 3 databases for import. There is no problem with the first one. I imported it as follow:
localhost/phpmyadmin
import/ search
This database is working properly.
The rest of databases I can´t import. When I tried to importe the messages such as "1046 NO database selected" and :"Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\phpMyAdmin\libraries\sqlparser.lib.php on line 544"
had appered.
So, I tried to create database firstly and then imported into this database. But I don´t know how to do it properly.
Could you please advice me?
