xampp uninstall error

hey guys,

i have a serious problem and was wondering if someone could help me out here please.

dedicated windows 2003 server online.
have installed xampp but accidently deleted the main xampp folder, now it has still left the xampp folder with only a few items inside of it.
now i wanted to do a fresh install but it wont let me do that because the old xampp folder is still present,however i tried to delete the old xampp folder and it keeps throwing up errors listed below:

Cannot delete mysqld.exe: Access is denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected
and that the file is not currently in use.


any help to resolve this issue would be greatfully appreciated.
