Help With Install Please...

Hello,

I am a newcomer and have some very basic questions. What is the difference between the "basic package" for Windows and the "devel package"? Does the "devel package" include everything that the "basic package" does with just the addition of the includes and libraries?

I dowloaded the "devel package" zip file and extracted all files to C:\program files\xampp, but I do not see the setup file that should be located in C:\program files\xampp. Can someone please guide me in the right direction for getting xampp successfully installed?

No. It's a addon to the basic package.
