XAMPP listed as Running but isnt.

My XAMPP says that the apache and mysql are both running but i cant get anything to come up through the admin or through local host etc. Im on vista but ive had this working fine on a vista machine. Anyone have suggestions?

If you type
http://127.0.0.1 in your browser what do you see?

It takes me to the Xammp home page. That actually worked but if i click admin from the console it doesnt work. Sometimes ill click php my admin from that homepage and it will stop mysql but if i start it again it will take me to phpmyadmin
