Fix: faulting application apache.exe, version X,faultimodule

Faulting application apache.exe, version 2.2.11.0, faulting module php5ts.dll, version 5.2.8.8,

For errors like these in my case the DLL that casue the error within the event viewer is a DLL that is found in PHP and in another path location such as system32 (due to pass actions . The older version of the DLL was replace with the new one and apache restarted.

THis just might sort it for most.
