Security and server issues.

Hey everyone. I've a couple of issues with XAMPP:

After I started the install wizard, my CA anti-virus picked XAMPP as malware. What might've caused this? The rest of my PC is clean.

Whenever I open a PHP page on my localhost (which is my PC) it only gives me a download link instead of serving the page. Do I need to do some configuring?

Do I need to install phpmyAdmin manually?

Thanks.

The answer must be in the message/log from your "CA anti-virus".
--> we can't know which part and why this software is reporting something as maleware.
(but afaik there was a post in the forum about the xampp control panel)

How did you open a PHP page?
