Apache Friends Support Forum

I am new with this XAMPP application. Currently it is running with the MySQL that came with XAMPP. I have been tasked to reconfigure xampp to connect to a ms sql db on another server. I have no idea where to begin, which config files to modify or what needs to be done. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
