User and password for FTP

Could anyone tell me what Is the user and password for FTP or where I can find it?

In XAMPP versions 1.7.1 and 1.7.0 you will find them in 2 places in the xampp folder - readme_en.txt file and passwords.txt file.
In version 1.6.8 just in the readme_en.txt file.

Another reason to always give your XAMPP version (also your OS) when requesting support.

Version is 1.6.6

I checked read_en.txt in xampp folder.
It seems it lists only default content as following.
I tried the following user and pw, but does not work.

Password:
(means no password!)

2) FileZilla FTP:

User: newuser
Password: wampp

User: anonymous
Password: some@mail.net

3) Mercury:

Postmaster: postmaster (postmaster@localhost)
Administrator: Admin (admin@localhost)

TestUser: newuser
Password: wampp

4) WEBDAV:

User: wampp
Password: xampp
