Hey,

I have installed XAMP on XP localhost and ran a PHP script to open a socket and listen for UDP packets.

In CPanel I can view running processes, this being one of them.

Any idea how I can check with XAMP if it is running?

What does you mean with "check with XAMPP"?:

I can view running processes,

If you want see which processes are running on Windows, use the Windows task manager.
