Firefox problem

I have been using xampp on my computer now for a year and I just ran into this problem in that I can't view the server in Firefox. In IE 7 it opens fine but in Firefox I keep getting a network error message.

So when I type in http://127.0.0.1/mysite, I get an error page in firefox but the page in IE 7.

I am using Firefox 3.0.8. Has any one else run into this problem? I am on a work computer so these are the only 2 browsers i have access to. I am thinking it is just a setting in Firefox that I need to fix but know nothing about where to start looking. Thanks for the help.
