Hay, I need some help with BTHomeHub. (port)

I now this must be posted here loads, but for the life of me can't find any post on how to post forward XAMPP with BTHomeHub.

I now it is not the safest as alot of people on google search say. But i am willing to take the chance.

So can any one help me. also i am going to be using no-ip.com.
